 In September 2008, the Social Media Conference NW, the New Word-of-Mouth Marketing attracted 250 attendees from throughout Washington and the U.S. including: Oregon, Wyoming, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Michigan, New Hampshire, and Texas.

The sold-out conference included a Keynote Dinner that was a first of its kind in the Pacific Northwest to have content targeted to small-to-medium businesses.
